1.-Terms of Use.

In accordance with Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, these provisions regulate the use of the Internet domain service (hereinafter, the website) www.uruber.es whose owner and responsible is Ana Inés Bercianos Ferrero, with NIF 55335494R, registered office in Carrer del Pla de sarrió, 22 – 03560 El Campello (Alicante) – Spain, and whose social purpose is: the provision of cleaning and maintenance services in communities of owners, private home, hospitality, hotels and offices, (hereinafter www.uruber.es)

Access to the website is free except in relation to the cost of the connection through the telecommunications network provided by the access provider hired by the users.

(c) The reproduction, duplication, redistribution and/or marketing, in whole or in part, of the contents of the website www.uruber.es is prohibited, except with the prior written consent of www.uruber.es.

The use of the website implies acceptance of all the conditions included in this Legal Notice. The provision of the service of the website has a limited duration at the time when the User is connected to the website or to any of the services provided through it. Therefore, the User must carefully read this Legal Notice on each of the occasions when he/she intends to use the Website, since this and its conditions of use contained in this Legal Notice may be modified. 

The aforementioned website is the property of WWW.URUBER.ES, and has been elaborated to publicize and allow access to the information contained therein, with the restrictions and limitations imposed by these General Conditions as well as to allow and enable access to other pages with which the website of WWW.URUBER.ES has commercial, professional or other relations. 

The mere use of the website, attributes to whoever makes use of it, the status of User (hereinafter . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . User). If the option to register (personal data form and access keys) is available you will be assigned the status of Registered User and if the option to subscribe (e-mail subscription) is available you will be assigned the status of Subscribed User, who in all cases declares to know and accept without reservation or exception, each and every one of the General Conditions set forth in this document. 

Through the website of WWW.URUBER.ES will be provided to all Users, Registered Users and Subscribed Users the possibility to access the contents, services and other information concerning the social object of this entity, stating the possible existence of certain services and areas only available to Registered Users and / or subscribed users, in which case the User will be warned. These terms of use are entirely agreed between the parties both in access and use and with regard to possible online transactions between WWW.URUBER.ES and its customers. 

WWW.URUBER.ES is entitled to unilaterally modify each and every one of the obligations set out in these General Conditions of Use, without prior notice. It is also capable of restructuring, modifying or deleting any information, services or content included on the website, without prior notice. The modification of any of these general conditions for a particular case will only be valid when it has been collected in writing and signed by the legal representatives of each party.

2.-USER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

2.1.-CONDITIONS OF ACCESS AND USE

Through the address located in www.uruber.es.com, any user will be able to access the information contained in the aforementioned WEBSITE free of charge. 

The conditions of access to the website are subject to the legal provisions in force at all times as well as the principles of good faith and limited use by the User, expressly and exhaustively prohibiting any type of action that could be detrimental or detrimental to the Website or third parties.

In accordance with the provisions above, WWW.URUBER.ES reserves the permission to access some of the Services or sections offered through the website, now or in the future, being able to demand for your access the status of Registered User, condition that in such case can be obtained by completing the corresponding registration form of Users that WWW.URUBER.ES will make available to Users who wish to do so. 

In the event of a User Registry on the website, the User agrees to select, use and retain his/her username or login and your password or password (hereinafter and in a set mode the Access Keys) in accordance with the following clauses.  

Likewise, WWW.URUBER.ES reserves the permission to access or use some of the Services of the website, now or in the future, being able to demand for your access the status of Subscribed User, condition that in such case can be obtained by inserting the user’s e-mail in the corresponding subscription box of Users that WWW.URUBER.ES make available to the Users who so wish. 

Accuracy of data

By completing these forms, subscription boxes or similar tools, the USER acknowledges that the data provided are obtained directly from the user, truthful and certain, committing to notify WWW.URUBER.ES, any changes or modifications that occur therein.

2.1.2.-ASSIGNING ACCESS KEYS

The assignment of the Access Keys occurs by the choice of the User himself, being the only criterion used for this purpose, the absence of previous Access Keys that are identical to those of another User. 

The activation of the access keys will be automatic or will need to be validated by WWW.URUBER.ES, depending on the areas of access or services to use, in any case this will determine it WWW.URUBER.ES and from all this will be informed to the user.

2.1.3.-USE AND CUSTODY

The User undertakes to make proper and diligent use of the Access Keys, as well as not to make available to third parties their Access Keys.

The User undertakes to communicate with a reliable communication to the Webmaster of WWW.URUBER.ES as soon as possible, the loss or theft of the Access Keys as well as any risk of access to them by a third party. 

Access Keys may only be used by Users assigned to them. WWW.URUBER.ES is exempt from any type of liability that may accrue for damages caused or suffered by fraudulent use or lack of diligence in the custody and custody of the Access Keys, loss or use in contravention of the provisions of these General Conditions.

2.2.-CONTENT AND USER ACTIONS

The priority website aims to provide information on the cleaning and maintenance services that Uruber offers for communities of owners, private homes, hospitality, hotels and offices ente others. 

The information provided ON THE WEB shall not be considered at any time either complete or exhaustive. WWW.URUBER.ES will deal to the extent of its ability to constantly update this information. 

WWW.URUBER.ES states that the service/product offered on the website corresponds to the description of the same. However, it is exempt from liability for cases where for technical or human errors there were errors or variations between the images, the description and the price. It is also clear that the photographs are merely indicative and there may be variations as far as their physical appearance is concerned but without impairing the integrity and performance of the service/product offered and/or requested. 

WWW.URUBER.ES disclaims the contents, information, opinions or comments disseminated through its website or be liable for the User’s use of that information. 

3.- RIGHT AND OBLIGATIONS OF WWW.URUBER.ES

WWW.URUBER.ES will be solely and exclusively liable for the services it provides by herself and the contents directly originated by the website itself and identified with its corresponding copyright. 

WWW.URUBER.ES undertakes to adopt the necessary means and measures to ensure the security and privacy of communications. It shall not respond when the relevant security measures have been taken, they are breached by external agents.

The installation of these tools are intended to provide and facilitate navigation to the User, not being responsible part WWW.URUBER.ES of the websites accessed by the User through his/her page, as far as the Right to Honor may affect and the information provided. For its part WWW.URUBER.ES will deal to the extent of its possibilities to check such hyperlinks, restricting, blocking or suspending such buttons when they violate the principle described in these General Conditions.

All the contents accessed through the service provided by WWW.URUBER.ES are subject to the Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights of WWW.URUBER.ES or third parties. Likewise WWW.URUBER.ES will be responsible for the trademarks, logos and other distinctive signs that are incorporated in any part of the website and that are the property of WWW.URUBER.ES, as well as the owner of all intellectual or industrial property rights or as licensee thereof.

WWW.URUBER.ES fully aware of the use and treatment that must be given to personal data and under the existing legal regulations (GDPR, LOPD and LSSICE), has implemented within its organization a system to preserve the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data considered as personal.

In addition to fully complying with each and every one of the requirements laid down in Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, Protection of Personal Data, in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 and those provided for in Law 34/2002 LSSICE, guarantees not only legal but fair use of personal data as well as an adequate system to exercise the rights of access rectification, cancellation and opposition provided in the aforementioned Organic Law.

6.-FUERO AND LEGISLATION

These General Conditions are subject to Spanish law, which will be applicable in relation to their validity, interpretation, execution and compliance. All discrepancies, claims and disputes regarding the provisions above shall be resolved by arbitration of law in accordance with the rules of the Civil and Commercial Court of Arbitration of Alicante to which they will be subject. That Award shall be composed of three arbitrators appointed in accordance with that legislation. . If the arbitration were not carried out by mutual agreement or is declared void, both parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Alicante, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction if it were another.

The User declares to have read, know and accept these General Conditions of Use-Access to its full extent.
